I'm Michael.


I'm a digital and print designer based in NYC, with an AAS degree in Graphic Design from Parsons School of Design, a division of the New School. I earned a B.S. degree in Biology from the University of Miami in 2010 -- but a well-chosen Art minor allowed me to pursue my true passion of design.


As Marketing Designer at Billboard-THR, I led design for major tentpole events including the Women In Music Awards, an annual gala that brings together and celebrates A-list female music talent, and the Hot 100 Music Festival, a two-day event held each August for the last 4 years. My responsibilities include overall branding, social coverage, digital coverage, on-site branding, and merchandise as well as brand activations with partners including AMEX, American Airlines, Nissan, Nielsen, Hasbro, Herbal Essences, 1800 Tequila, W Hotels, Samsung and many others.


Prior to my experience in the entertainment industry, I worked at a digital marketing startup designing event pop-ups and digital branded content for partners like Macallan, PF Flyers, Cadillac, Lexus, Motorola, Samsung, Converse, Virgin Atlantic, Nixon, Cartier, Shinola, Jeep, Tudor, Absolut, Purity Vodka, Lenovo and Bang + Olufsen.

I have also worked on independent design projects for clients from a range of industries including professional sports, health and wellness, magazines, stylists, corporate clients, and fashion.
